Billing Information:
We ask for a $100 processing fee that will go to the Society of Women Engineers for our services in setting up the session. Your support enables us to keep this program going. In addition, if you purchase any food, you will be billed for that cost.
At every information session, SWE will provide 24 cookies. Many companies choose to provide dinner for the students. The Society of Women Engineers will order, arrange for delivery, and setup food from the places listed on the table below.
An invoice will be emailed to you within the week of your session. Payments must be made no later than 30 days after the date of your session to avoid a late fee charge.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your CIS session please email swe.cis.info@umich.edu 10 days before your session. If it is cancelled within 10 days and we are unable to cancel your food order you will be billed for the amount of your session.
Late Fees:
If you registered within 10 days of your session you will be charged a $50 late fee. One month following your session, if we have not received payment, a late fee of $50 will be added to your invoice and you will be notified. Please note that new CIS sessions will not be confirmed until all previous balances are cleared. Due to previous delinquencies, SWE has decided to take this action.

If you wish to have other food catered for your session, you are welcome to. Please note that SWE will NOT place orders to the restaurants below for you. We only handle arrangements with Cottage Inn, Jimmy Johns, and Zingermans. If you would like to order from any other restaurants, you will be responsible for making the necessary food arrangements.
